Ron is an accomplished executive leader with specific skill in creating and changing direction in existing organizations. His leadership skills in operations, sales, marketing, business development, and coaching enable quick efficient action.
Ron has held leadership roles in North America and Europe conducting business throughout the globe. He has developed over $350 MM in new business, increased EBIT production 160%, reduced non-conformance costs by 96.4% and reduced process downtime 36%. Additionally, his organizations were voted “Best Places to Work.” Six times Ron has led teams from worst in class to world class.
Under Ron’s leadership, his teams were able to set nine world records for fast and safe projects, cutting existing records in half. While in Germany he held both a sales and service role for Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa. He quickly grew the business $160 MM or eight times.
Ron has been coaching small to medium business owners since 2010. His clients built capacities to powerfully assess potential of employee, shape their organization to produce autonomy, and build the skill to lead themselves and their teams.
Ron has an undergraduate engineering degree from Kansas State University, and an Executive Masters in Business from Rockhurst University. Annually he participates in business philosophy education to continuously improve his knowledge and capacity.
Karen O’Donnell provides personal and business coaching for executives and business owners who aspire to uncommon levels of performance, growth and innovation. She recently completed a notable career with General Electric Corporation at the Jack Welch Leadership Center – Crotonville – Ossining, New York.
Karen’s career at General Electric included her role as leader of Executive Education where she re-designed and delivered the Executive Programs and helped develop and lead the CEO-sponsored Leadership, Innovation and Growth program for GE’s top 60 executive teams.
Karen is known for her expertise in change management as one of the lead change agents initiating change across all GE businesses. Karen also has deep experience providing coaching for individuals, teams and executives.
Karen’s experience includes holding a variety of roles including manager of public relations, marketing communications, marketing operations, and business and cultural integration.
Karen is a certified green belt, a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and experienced in DiSC and Meyers Briggs, and qualified in EQ-i, MRG and Energy assessments.
Karen graduated from Middlebury College, VT, holds a master’s degree in zoology from the University of Illinois, and a master’s in science journalism from Boston University. Karen is the Vice President of Sponsorship for the International Coaching Federation, New England Chapter and a member of Berkshire Business and Professional Women.
